Survival in post-apocalyptic USSR, which impressed Nikita Buyanov, has been released on Steam - first reviews of Scavland appeared
Players will have to survive in a dangerous world where mutants are just one of many problems.
In early September, NoShadow and UNSUBSCRIBE studios announced the release of Scavland on PC via Steam in early access. The new game is positioned as a hardcore survival RPG with pixel art and a top-down view.
The events of Scavland unfold in a post-apocalyptic Soviet world. Players are invited to take on the role of a scavenger and explore wastelands and bunkers, complete quests, and fight mutants and hostile survivors:
Ammo is scarce, weapons can jam, radiation is everywhere, and preparation can be the difference between returning with valuable loot and not returning at all.
The Scavland page on Steam is available at the following link. The first reviews are "mostly positive", with a rating of 75% after several hundred reviews. Some users did not like the camera, and bugs are also noted.
Scavland developers expect the game to remain in early access for 12 to 24 months, but the timeline may be adjusted.
Earlier, one of Scavland's teasers caught the attention of Battlestate Games boss and Escape from Tarkov creator Nikita Buyanov — he really liked what he saw.
