On December 4, Monster Hunter Wilds will be released on the Nintendo Switch 2 console. Rumors and numerous leaks turned out to be true.
The Switch 2 version will feature cross-platform multiplayer. The edition will include all content released after the game's launch on other platforms, including the Grand Hub and additional monsters. Among them are Mizutsune and Lagiacrus.
At the same time, Capcom confirmed that the upcoming major expansion, Monster Hunter Wilds: Ascendance, will also be released on Nintendo Switch 2. Its release is scheduled for 2027, and the new version of the expansion will appear on the console simultaneously with other platforms.
