Questions arose regarding the design of the image, which features the heroine Emma Frost. The girl adopted a style reminiscent of ancient Egyptian attire, with a pair of servants standing beside her. Some community members consider such an image tactless.

A user under the nickname Johnny20Bruh reminded that this is not the first time the creators have made such a mistake this year: "The White Queen and her servants. What the ***** is wrong with NetEase Games. First the scandal with Storm's summer skin, and now this."

Earlier this summer, activists already criticized the Marvel Rivals team because of Storm's skin: her summer outfit had an "epic" rarity, while the costumes of other heroines were "legendary." Since Storm is a dark-skinned girl, some individuals saw this as a manifestation of racism. At that time, the creators reacted to the feedback and decided to increase the rarity of the skin. Now, questions have arisen regarding the graffiti with Emma Frost.
