The second season of "The Ice Wall" gets a fresh trailer with opening and ending themes

The continuation of Koti Agasawa's webtoon adaptation will begin airing on October 1.

The creators of the anime "The Ice Wall" have presented a second trailer for the continuation. The video features both musical themes of the season: the opening theme "Escort" by THE BEAT GARDEN and the ending theme "Hanakage" by Superfly.

"The Ice Wall" tells the story of Koyuki, a reclusive high school student who, due to an unpleasant past, avoids people and keeps others at a distance. Her usual life changes after meeting the friendly and persistent Minato, who completely disregards the boundaries she has built.

In the second season, Koyuki and Minato's relationship will grow beyond ordinary friendship, and Yota will finally tell Miki about the feelings he has hidden for many years. Some characters will decide to openly declare their desires, while others will continue to remain silent – and this will only further complicate the relationships within the group.

The Studio KAI team returned to production. Mankyu once again took the director's chair, and Yasuhiro Nakanishi continued to be responsible for the script adaptation. The main characters will again be voiced by Anna Nagase, Shoya Chiba, Fuka Izumi, and Satoshi Inomata.

The second season will begin airing on October 1 on Japanese TV channels TBS. New episodes will be released on Netflix starting October 2, and on Prime Video, Disney+, U-NEXT, and other services starting October 9.
