• Nintendo held a new Direct broadcast, during which it made several major announcements and showed new trailers for previously presented games.
• Many were pleasantly surprised by the announcements of Switch 2-versions of major projects already released on other platforms, such as Kingdom Come Deliverance 2, Monster Hunter Wilds, Resident Evil 2-4, Final Fantasy 7, Persona 4/6, Lego Batman, Tomb Raider, Guardians of the Galaxy, Stellar Blade, and others.
