The creators of “The Apothecary Diaries” have unveiled 11 character posters for the third season. The images feature Maomao, Jinshi, Gaoshun, and the three princesses of the Copper House — Pairin, Meimei, and Joka.
Zhao, Basen, Lahan, and Lu Xun also received their own posters; they are expected to receive more attention in the third season, joined by the mysterious Bai Niannian (“White Lady”) — a new character in the continuation.
The third season premieres on October 2 and will be split into two cours. The second half will begin in April 2027. In between, on December 11, a feature-length animated film with an original story by light novel author Natsu Hyuga will be released in Japanese cinemas.
