The extended version of "Avengers: Endgame," titled Avengers: Endgame Encore in international release, will begin showing in Russian cinemas on September 28 — three days after its global premiere.
The re-release will feature scenes connecting the events of "Endgame" to the upcoming "Avengers: Doctor Doom." The regular version of the film will be two minutes longer, and viewers of IMAX and Infinity Vision screenings will also see an exclusive three-minute clip from "Doctor Doom" — its content has not yet been revealed.
The world premiere of "Avengers: Doctor Doom" is scheduled for December 18, 2026. The film's release in Russia has not yet been confirmed, but earlier, Alexey Voronkov, head of the Association of Cinema Owners, suggested that the blockbuster might not appear in Russian cinemas until April 2027, as he believes that cinemas will soon abandon unofficial screenings of foreign films.
