Experiments on Demons: Trailer for the Second Season of "Dark Demon" Released

New episodes will start airing on October 2.

The creators of the anime "Dark Demon" presented a new trailer and key poster for the second season, titled "Nikko Kegon Waterfall Arc." The opening theme for the continuation is BACKLASH by Hiromitsu Kitayama, and the ending credits will feature the song Hand in Hand by TRACK15.

According to the official synopsis, after battles in Kyoto and Nerima, the students of Rasetsu Academy have become significantly stronger. However, Ikari Yaoroshi leaves the educational institution and joins the Oni Brigade, which plans to completely destroy the Momotaro clan.

Learning that the organization is ready to attack civilians, Shiki goes after his former comrade to bring him back. At the same time, the heroes discover a research center in Nikko, located near Kegon Waterfall, where cruel experiments are conducted on oni.

Studio HIBARI is once again responsible for the production of the second season. Ato Nonaka remains the director, Yukie Sugawara is responsible for the script, and Kota Yamamoto writes the music. The premiere of the second season of "Dark Demon" will take place on October 2, 2026.
