The full version of Endless Legend 2 has been released on PC and consoles - the creators of the 4X strategy game introduced new factions

The developers have released a major 1.0 update with improvements and content.

In September, AMPLITUDE Studios and publisher Hooded Horse announced the release of the full version of Endless Legend 2 — a year after its “early access.” The game is available not only on PC but also on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S consoles.

Endless Legend 2 is a 4X strategy game where players are invited to create their own empire: assemble an army, develop the economy, and explore the planet. Disasters have disrupted the natural balance, and over time the landscape changes, so it is necessary to adapt to new conditions.

With the release of update 1.0, the creators of Endless Legend 2 introduced three factions (marked New in the screenshot below).

There's a nuance: only the Sandshapers are a full-fledged new faction: “it seeks to capture as much land as possible to fulfill Wishes and fuel the economy, while turning territories into barren sandy cells that are less useful to other empires.”

The other two, Order of Zelavas and Severed Claws, are so-called “rogue factions” — playable variations of existing major factions that have separated from their parent.

The Endless Legend 2 page on Steam is available at the following link; there is a translation into Russian (subtitles). The game received “very positive” reviews — an 84% rating after several thousand reviews.
