Authors of Middle-earth Strategy Battle Game presented new plastic Orc miniatures

The forces of Mordor will receive reinforcements in the future, as the developers of the Middle-earth Strategy Battle Game will release a multi-component set with plastic miniatures and a thematic battle host, which will include many Orc warriors.

Games Workshop has unveiled a new multi-component set with plastic Orc miniatures for the Middle-earth Strategy Battle Game.

The set is equipped with interchangeable parts, allowing for easy customization of the battle host: for the first 16 Orcs, there are eight different options for one-handed weapons, including swords, maces, and picks, as well as eight types of shields, while the remaining eight can be assembled with spears or two-handed weapons.

Four Orcs can even have their weapons replaced with bows. Some miniatures have interchangeable heads, providing even more opportunities for personalization.

In addition, the aforementioned Orcs will form the basis of a new thematic Battlehost army set dedicated to Mordor.

In addition to 24 Orcs, gamers will receive six fast Warg Riders and the terrifying Witch-king of Angmar in both foot and mounted versions. This battle host is designed to aggressively suppress enemy fighters and pin them down with masses of Orcs, while Wargs tear at their flanks and the Witch-king crushes anyone in his path.

Among other things, expect the return of Battle Companies with an updated rulebook. Battle Companies is a campaign-oriented game mode where a warband develops and improves as it progresses through expeditions, earning gold and influence that can be spent on new equipment and bonuses.

Each warrior becomes a living history of their victories, wounds, and perhaps a tragic end, and the most experienced and successful can eventually become full-fledged heroes. Plus, players can look forward to a new narrative campaign, which will be an ideal introduction to Battle Companies.
