Hello Games Returns to No Man's Sky - Major Technical Update Released
No Man's Sky received update 7.04 with dozens of fixes affecting quests, the Our Journey Continues expedition, space stations, corvettes, stability, and memory usage.
Following the recent Cosmos update, Hello Games released a new patch focused on bug fixes. Specifically, the developers fixed issues with quests and markers on the Space Anomaly, restarting the first Atlas Path mission, deep space exploration, and finding wreckage.
Special attention was given to the Our Journey Continues expedition: issues with rewards, ships, stations, and markers were fixed, as well as a problem that could block progress. The appearance of the Vintage Sentinel Interceptor has been improved.
Corvette bugs were also fixed, including their appearance after teleportation, docking, and resource collection. The limit on the number of space stations per player has been removed.
The patch improves game stability by eliminating crashes, loading freezes, and audio issues. Memory usage has been improved on Xbox One and Switch 2, cloud effects on Mac have been fixed, and changes have been made to the VR version.
