Rockstar Games priced the Grand Theft Auto VI: The Goodtime State – Vice City Collection at $400. It includes a 15-centimeter alligator figurine, a collectible spoon, and other items, but the GTA VI game itself is not included. However, the set can still be easily ordered from the official Rockstar website.
This hasn't stopped sellers on eBay: prices start at around $600, some are asking $800, and the most absurd offers exceed $1500.
The situation is especially strange because it's not about a scarce item. The Collector's Edition is still sold directly by Rockstar for $400, so there's no reason for buyers to overpay for a used set right now.
This time, resellers are trying to profit from an inattentive GTA VI fan.
