Yakuza Fans Will Be Delighted: In Stranger Than Heaven, You Can Open Your Own Business

Stranger Than Heaven will allow players to organize concerts, find musicians, create their own compositions, and manage performances, complementing the main story and world exploration.

Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio has revealed a new system related to musical performances. Makoto will be able to find talented musicians and vocalists, compose songs, choose the setlist and band lineup, and also handle concert arrangements.

Particularly interesting is the ability to record sounds from the surrounding world and use them in music creation. Train noises, animals, cleaning sounds, and even battle sounds can be added to compositions. The finished works can then be presented to the public.

This is another example of how the creators of Yakuza and Judgment are filling Stranger Than Heaven with additional activities. The story will span 50 years and five eras, and Makoto will visit Kure, Osaka, Atami, and Tokyo.

Stranger Than Heaven will be released on January 15, 2027, on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC, and will be available on Xbox Game Pass from day one.
