Autobattler Mechabellum received a planet conquest mode with co-op support
The developers have prepared not only a new mode, but also a free trial version of the game.
In late September, Game River and Dreamhaven studios announced the release of a major update 2.0 for the autobattler Mechabellum. The project has been on the market for several years, and the developers noticed that the community had a request for a mode without time limits, with high replayability and the ability to play in a team with friends.
With the release of 2.0, the creators of Mechabellum offered players a mode called Star Expedition — it can be played alone or in co-op:
In this new game mode, you will embark on a journey to conquer 9 planets, facing challenges in battles filled with random factors, fighting against builds of real players from all over the world, and unlocking Star Expedition rewards that can drastically change your next playthroughs — all within the framework of exciting strategic gameplay.
When playing Star Expedition in 2-player co-op mode, each participant leads their own army onto a combined battlefield, coordinating troop placement tactics and jointly confronting the enemy.
The Mechabellum page on Steam is available at the following link. Until October 1, discounts will apply to the main game and additional content. The developers also presented a trial version called “Free Edition”, which unlocks most of the content, and progress can be transferred to the full version.
