Remedy Entertainment has been working on an unannounced game for almost two years. Attentive users discovered this information in the LinkedIn profile of Kyle Rowley, co-director of Alan Wake 2. The profile states that Rowley has been working on the game as co-director since January 2025.
What exactly his team is working on is still unknown, but users speculate that it could be Alan Wake 3. Rowley's involvement, having worked on the second part, makes this version quite logical, but there is no confirmation of this yet.
Of Remedy's officially announced projects, only the remakes of Max Payne and Max Payne 2, which the studio is creating in collaboration with Rockstar Games, are currently in active development.
