CDPR Tech Support Overwhelmed by Complaints After The Witcher 3 Remaster Release

In late September, The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt was released on consoles and PC. The developers prepared many graphical improvements, as well as refined gameplay mechanics and various game systems.

However, not everything went well. Soon after the launch of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt remaster, players began to complain about technical problems and pointed out graphical bugs.

Some did not limit themselves to forum posts, but started sending messages directly to CD Projekt RED technical support — the flood of complaints turned out to be impressive. Recently, developer representatives reported that they are unable to process everything promptly:

Since the release of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt – Remastered, our technical support service has been receiving more requests than usual, so a response may take a little longer. Please note: even if you have not yet received a response, the problem you reported is most likely already known – it is being analyzed and taken into account when preparing patches. Thank you for your patience!

Several patches have already been released for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt remaster, which were designed to fix some bugs, save issues, and graphics problems. CD Projekt RED continues to prepare subsequent updates for the game on consoles and PC.
