meinGAMING: Germany Introduces Electricity Tariff Plan for Gamers
A favorable offer amidst constantly rising prices in the EU.
The German energy company SWK ENERGIE has launched an unusual electricity tariff called meinGAMING. As stated in the official description, it is primarily designed for households with high electricity consumption — including owners of powerful gaming PCs, multiple computers, and other energy-intensive equipment.
The main feature of the tariff is its payment structure: meinGAMING has a relatively high basic fee, but a reduced cost per kilowatt-hour. Therefore, the offer becomes more advantageous as consumption increases. SWK itself indicates that the tariff is particularly interesting for those who consume more than 2500 kWh per year.
The provider emphasizes that meinGAMING is suitable not only for gamers but also for households with high electricity consumption in general.
