An enthusiast under the nickname Embarassed Ad_4244 demonstrated running God of War: Sons of Sparta on a RedMagic Astra tablet with Snapdragon 8 Elite. For the experiment, he used GameHub and the SoS-PS5 project, which adapts the PlayStation 5 game for Windows.
Initially, God of War: Sons of Sparta ran at only 5 FPS, but the very next day, the enthusiast published a new gameplay recording with a frame rate of 25 to 50 FPS.
The ability to complete the game from start to finish has not yet been confirmed. Users who decide to repeat the experiment should take care of additional cooling: the processor temperature exceeded 100 degrees even in the main menu.
