Russians lost access to PUBG: Battlegrounds servers and are now leaving negative reviews on Steam

The game's rating has slightly decreased.

In October, fans of the free-to-play PUBG: Battlegrounds from Russia began complaining about technical issues. Players report that they can no longer connect to servers, and matches do not load.

Complaints are actively being published on resources like detector404. According to reviews, some manage to get into the lobby itself, but cannot join the match.

Complaints from dissatisfied users are appearing on PUBG: Battlegrounds forums on Steam and the game's social media accounts. However, the glitch is strange — one community member noted that sometimes it's possible to load into a duo if the second player is allowed into the match:

When a match is found, do you also fail to load into it? We have this problem with three people in our party. One always loads, two don't. If you register a duo, both load.

Now some dissatisfied players are leaving negative reviews on the PUBG: Battlegrounds page on Steam. Players are urging developers to take action that would help restore server access to players from Russia.

Recently, a project that helped players access Xbox Live, as well as other services not officially operating in the Russian Federation, was blocked in Russia.
