The first teaser for the third season of "Daredevil: Born Again" was presented at New York Comic-Con. Charlie Cox, Krysten Ritter, and Finn Jones took the stage, and Mike Colter's return as Luke Cage was confirmed separately — the actor could not attend the event. Thus, all four Defenders will appear together in a Marvel project for the first time since 2017.
The video itself has not yet been released to the public, but its content was recounted by Entertainment Weekly. According to the description, a significant part of the teaser is dedicated to Matt Murdock's time in prison. In the finale of the second season, the hero revealed his identity while trying to send Wilson Fisk behind bars, but ultimately ended up behind bars himself. In one scene, Matt tears his orange prison uniform, turns it into a blindfold and hand wraps, and then gets into a fight with inmates.
Meanwhile, Jessica Jones, Luke Cage, and Danny Rand receive police badges. Jessica notes that one team member is missing:
"Well, isn't anyone going to say it? There should be four badges."
The teaser also features Wilson Fisk, played by Vincent D'Onofrio, and Benjamin Poindexter, known as Bullseye. The latter now wears a dark suit, reminiscent of his comic book appearance.
The third season will be the final one for "Daredevil: Born Again". Its premiere on Disney+ is expected in March 2027.
