Nine Seasons Are Not Enough - Grant Gustin Wants to Wear The Flash Suit Again
DC Studios has not yet introduced a new actor for the role of The Flash after Ezra Miller.
Grant Gustin has once again expressed his desire to return to the role of Barry Allen. At the Across the Arrowverse panel during New York Comic-Con, the actor admitted that he would gladly play The Flash again if given the opportunity.
Gustin played the superhero for nine seasons of 'The Flash' series, which concluded in 2023. Earlier, the actor mentioned that he had already spoken with DC Studios head James Gunn, but the conversation was not about his return, but about the new 'Superman':
«We never talked about The Flash. We talked because I'm a big Superman fan. I've loved him since childhood, so I'm very interested in the movie and I'm glad that David Corenswet got the role».
So far, there are no official plans for Gustin's return to the new DC cinematic universe. The studio has confirmed that The Flash will appear in future projects of the updated 'Gods and Monsters' universe, but who will play Barry Allen is still unknown.
