HeroQuest: Digital Edition Announced - A New Digital Adaptation of the Board Game Classic

Nomad Games, the creators of Talisman: Digital Edition, have announced a licensed digital adaptation of the board adventure game HeroQuest, titled HeroQuest: Digital Edition.

The Empire is on the verge of falling to the relentless forces of the sorcerer Zargon. There is one last hope — four heroes who must fight back against the darkness. Players can control a barbarian, dwarf, elf, or wizard in online multiplayer or solo.

In this tactical role-playing strategy, players must destroy enemies in turn-based tactical battles, roll the fateful dice to forge their path, and combine the unique skills of the adventurers.

The barbarian is excellent at crushing enemy skulls and cannot cast spells; the dwarf is skilled at finding and disarming traps but also lacks magic; the wizard bombards foes with magical attacks; and the elf fights well in close combat and can use magic.

Additionally, players can take on the role of the villain, Zargon. He can devise cunning plans to defeat the party members. The project includes an adventure editor limited only by the user's imagination: players can create their own stories or explore community creations.

HeroQuest: Digital Edition is expected to be released on PC via Steam in 2027. Furthermore, the team plans to conduct a closed beta test of the game in the near future. The minimum system requirements for the project are as follows: OS — Windows 10 / 11, Processor — Intel Core i3 / AMD Ryzen 3, Graphics Card — NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 / AMD Radeon RX 550, RAM — 16 GB, Disk Space — 10 GB.
