Prime Video presented a new video about the creation of the third season of the series "The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power," dedicated to the One Ring. In it, actors discuss the significance of the artifact in Tolkien's universe and its place in popular culture, with their stories accompanied by behind-the-scenes footage. Charlie Vickers, Morfydd Clark, Robert Aramayo, Jamie Campbell Bower, Ciarán Hinds, and Simon Pegg appeared in the video.
The continuation's plot will unfold five years after the fall of Eregion. By this time, Sauron's forces will have captured a significant part of Middle-earth, and the last strongholds of resistance will be trying to stop their advance. While elves, dwarves, and men search for a way to unite their forces, the Dark Lord creates the One Ring, with which he expects to achieve ultimate victory.
The third season of "The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power" will premiere on Prime Video on November 11, 2026. Four episodes will be available to viewers on the premiere day.
