Participants will live in a vault and compete for a cash prize.
Prime Video unveiled the first teaser for the reality show Fallout Shelter: The Experiment and announced the premiere date — January 13, 2027.
In Fallout Shelter: The Experiment, participants will become residents of a Vault-Tec corporation vault and compete for a large cash prize. The challenges will be built around the S.P.E.C.I.A.L. system familiar from Fallout games, with its seven attributes: Strength, Perception, Endurance, Charisma, Intelligence, Agility, and Luck.
However, abilities alone will not be enough to win. Participants will have to coexist with each other in a confined space, seek allies, confront rivals, and decide whom to trust, with whom to unite, and whom to betray.
The show is being produced by Studio Lambert, creators of “The Traitors” and “Squid Game: The Challenge,” as well as Kilter Films, with the participation of Amazon MGM Studios and Bethesda Game Studios. Jonathan Nolan, Lisa Joy, and Todd Howard serve as executive producers. A total of ten episodes are planned.
