Disney has announced the exact premiere date for the second season of the anime “Twisted-Wonderland” — the continuation will begin airing on Disney+ on December 23, 2026.
The new chapter is subtitled “Episode of Savanaclaw” and will tell the story of the residents of the dormitory of the same name, whose designs are inspired by Scar, hyenas, and other characters from “The Lion King”. The season is based on the manga by Suzuka Oda, adapting the second story chapter of the mobile game.
Studios Yumeta Company and Graphinica are working on the anime. Takahiro Natori serves as chief director and is in charge of the series composition. Shin Katagai is directing, and Yoichi Kato is working on the script.
The anime has already been renewed for a third season. It will be subtitled “Episode of Octavinelle” and will focus on characters inspired by “The Little Mermaid”. Its release date has not yet been announced.
