He is already near: grim roguelike He is Coming to launch on smartphones in 2027

Players will have to stop the return of the Demon King and fight for his crown.

Playdigious has announced a mobile version of He is Coming — the role-playing roguelike with auto-battles from studio Chronocle will be released on Android and iOS in 2027. The smartphone edition will feature touch controls, gamepad support, and cloud saves.

In He is Coming, players must prepare for the return of the Demon King. By day, the hero explores a world that changes with every run, searching for weapons and artifacts, and by night battles monsters. Every three days, another minion of the Demon King goes on the hunt, so players must prepare thoroughly for the encounter by assembling a fitting combination from more than 350 available items.

In addition to solo runs, the mobile version will feature two multiplayer modes: asynchronous Kingmaker, where the hero fights against builds of other players, and real-time duels with friends.
