The developers of the tabletop game Warhammer: The Old World have announced that classic metal Wood Elf miniature sets will return on sale as part of the “Made to Order” promotion.
It will be possible to obtain eight Dryads eager to attack unsuspecting travelers, two Treemen, and a Treeman Ancient ready to protect the forest from dangerous foes.
Players will also be able to add to their army a Shadow Dancer endowed with knowledge of all the hidden paths of Athel Loren, eight Wardancers who have turned killing into an art form, and a Wardancer Champion casually evading enemy strikes.
All of the aforementioned items will be available for purchase in the near future. In addition, Games Workshop reminded gamers that pre-orders are now live for the Arcane Journal: “River of Bones” for Warhammer: The Old World.
It tells the story of the Elves of Loren Forest desperately defending their borders against the impending threat from the Tomb Kings of Khemri (plus, the journal will unlock new ways to play Wood Elves).
