Yakuza Kiwami 3 & Dark Ties — February 11
In the remake of the third part of the famous Japanese Yakuza series, players will head to Okinawa. They will play as former yakuza Kiryu Kazuma. The hero decided to retire and opened a small orphanage for children, caring for them and his adopted daughter Haruka. But even there, Kazuma finds himself drawn into the conflicts of criminal groups, which escalate into something much larger.
The remake is intended to fix the shortcomings of the original third "Yakuza": improving the combat system and content quality, as well as adjusting the plot thanks to new cutscenes. The project will be recreated from scratch on the studio's proprietary Dragon Engine.
The package will include a new campaign, Dark Ties. It will tell the story of the project's main antagonist, deepening his backstory and revealing the motives behind his actions.
Yakuza Kiwami 3 will receive a text translation into Russian for the first time.
Resident Evil Requiem — February 27
The ninth installment of the main Resident Evil series will return players to Raccoon City — 30 years after its destruction.
The game will feature two main characters: FBI analyst Grace Ashcroft and an aging Leon S. Kennedy. Grace's story is an investigation into a series of mysterious murders at the Renwood Hotel, where her mother Elissa, the heroine of Resident Evil Outbreak, died. Meanwhile, Leon is hunting for former Umbrella Corporation scientist Victor Gideon, who is developing a new virus.
The new Resident Evil alternates protagonists: as Grace, players will immerse themselves in dark stealth-horror; as Leon, they will engage in battles with monsters. At the same time, you can freely choose the perspective: play in first or third person regardless of the character.
Crimson Desert — March 20
A game from the creators of the famous MMORPG Black Desert — the South Korean studio Pearl Abyss. The project tells the story of a character named Kliff. His clan was attacked, and the protagonist was the sole survivor. After this, Kliff sets out on a journey to revive the clan and take revenge on the attackers.
The events unfold in Pywel: a beautiful and brutal world of warring factions, mythical creatures, ancient mystical forces, and a touch of science fiction. All within the Black Desert universe, but without online functions — it is a strictly single-player adventure.
The gameplay is based on fast and brutal combat, exploration of a vast open world, and role-playing elements. Crimson Desert is inspired by franchises such as The Witcher, The Legend of Zelda, and Assassin's Creed.
Gothic 1 Remake — Q1 2026
A remake of the cult 2001 role-playing game from Alkimia Interactive studio. This is a deep overhaul of the original that preserves its soul.
The events take place in the Valley of Mines — a magical prison where you control the Nameless Hero and must survive among three warring camps while fulfilling a secret mission for the king.
The main changes affected the gameplay. The combat system remains the same — it's a dynamic tactical action game with an emphasis on creating strike combinations. Only now, the main hero's arsenal also includes dodges and parries.
Progression and plot depend on the choice of faction. The game world remains harsh and alive — every NPC has a strict daily routine and tasks. The secrets of this world will have to be uncovered not through map markers, but through dialogues, observations, and personal experience.
Forza Horizon 6 — May 19
A new chapter in the cult racing series from Playground Games. The Horizon Festival moves to Japan, turning the country into a giant playground. This time, the player is not a superstar but a rookie starting from the qualifiers.
The developers focused on the game world. It has everything Japanese: mountains and nature, cultural landmarks, and neon signs. Tokyo will become the largest city in the franchise's history, and the player will have a journal to record discoveries made — both in the metropolis and beyond. The world has also been expanded vertically, adding new opportunities for exploration.
A new feature in the series is a personal base where friends can visit. The world will also feature more spots for friendly races and three special zones for socializing with other players.
The game will also feature 550 cars with improved handling, an updated sound engine, new soundtracks, and a track editor that can be tested online with friends.
007 First Light — May 27
A new game from IO Interactive, the creators of the Hitman series, based on the famous spy franchise.
The project is about a young James Bond: how a resourceful and reckless MI6 recruit becomes the famous Agent 007 — a cold-blooded and charming operative with a license to kill. This is a completely original story that has never appeared in films or books about the character.
The gameplay is a mix of spy action with gunfights and chases in the spirit of Bond films or Uncharted games. The influence of Hitman is also noticeable: there are many huge and multi-layered sandbox locations where stealth, disguise, observation, and improvisation are necessary.
Phantom Blade Zero — September 9
An Action RPG from the Chinese studio S-GAME — something between a classic slasher and a souls-like. It all depends on the chosen difficulty.
The hybrid combat system combines gadgets, ancient fighting techniques, and over 30 types of weapons. From this, each player can create a unique fighting style for themselves.
The events take place in a fantasy world of the Eastern Middle Ages. The plot tells us about Soul, an elite assassin from the Order syndicate. The protagonist is attacked, accused of murdering the syndicate's patriarch, and mortally wounded. Soul is saved by a mysterious healer who gives him a magical elixir that delays death. The hero has 66 days to find the true culprits, save the syndicate, and clear his name.
Grand Theft Auto VI — November 19
The sixth installment of "Grand Theft Auto" sends players to modern Vice City, state of Leonida — an analog of real-life Miami. Locations include beaches, cities, swamps, and rural areas.
The main characters are a couple in love: Lucia and Jason. They are trying to make money and find themselves entering the criminal underworld of Vice City. However, their main goal is to stay together, survive, and achieve a better life.
The gameplay is an evolution of the Rockstar formula: a living world that reacts to actions, deep customization, and large-scale cinematic missions. The graphics impress with incredible detail: from the play of light and shadow on objects to the behavior of liquids in beer bottles. And that's only what we were shown in the trailers!
The online mode is being developed in parallel with the story campaign but, according to rumors, will be released after the main launch. Also, there is unconfirmed information that the game's budget is over 2 billion dollars, making GTA VI the most expensive game in history.
Fable — Autumn 2026
A reboot of the cult series of fairy-tale satirical RPGs, developed by Playground Games studio.
This is a modern vision of the original trilogy's formula: a fairy tale for adults with dark humor, moral choices, and magic. The action takes place in mythical Albion during the Age of Enlightenment — a world balancing between the magic of old legends and the industrial age.
The gameplay combines the signature features of Fable and introduces new ones: a morality system affecting the attitude toward the hero and the world; eccentric characters and unique NPCs with whom you can even start a family; a flexible combat system where skills and weapons blend smoothly in any combination. All this on the ForzaTech engine with increased scale.
The game features a living world with changing weather and time of day, where you can influence the environment with your actions. Both in main and side quests. Players will be allowed to decide the fates of other characters: evict them from homes, take away their businesses, make them fall in love — a separate tag system was created for this, forming throughout the walkthrough.
Control Resonant — No Release Date
A direct sequel to Control from Remedy Entertainment. The game will once again immerse us in a mysterious world with anomalous phenomena.
This time, the events unfold not only in the infinitely changing corridors of the Federal Bureau of Control but also beyond its borders. The player will have to deal with a global threat that emerged after the events of the first part and its expansions.
The gameplay will transform — it is now a slasher with metroidvania elements, where you can use both extrasensory abilities and unusual melee weapons. The protagonist's skills and paranormal abilities will be different, as we will be playing as the brother of the original Control's main heroine.
Gears of War: E-Day — No Release Date
A prequel to the franchise, returning to a tragic moment in the universe: the first day of the Locust alien race invasion on the planet Sera. The game will tell how an ordinary day for human civilization turned into an apocalypse.
At the center are young and not yet legendary Marcus Fenix and Dominic Santiago. We will see not hardened veterans, but rank-and-file soldiers caught off guard by a global catastrophe.
In terms of gameplay, the game will remain a cover-based shooter with active reloads and close-quarters carnage. But horror elements and a sense of helplessness will be added. Instead of a well-equipped squad ready for anything, the protagonists improvise and panic in the first hours of the war.
Lords of the Fallen 2 — No Release Date
A sequel to the 2023 Lords of the Fallen from Hexworks studio. The game will return us to a dark world full of monsters and eerie landscapes.
At its core is the souls-like formula: stamina management and consumable items, battles with powerful monsters and bosses, exploration of a convoluted world with altars for saving.
The game's uniqueness lies in the ability to switch between two dimensions: Axiom (the world of the living) and Umbral (the world of the dead). Locations complement each other and help pass challenges. If the protagonist dies in Axiom, they will appear in Umbral, getting a second chance.
The developers are listening to players, and the second part will become stylistically more attractive. So far, this is all that is known about the sequel, but it hasn't become any less anticipated because of that.
Onimusha: Way of the Sword — No Release Date
A continuation of the cult samurai action series in the spirit of Resident Evil. The conflict between the Oni and Genma demons moves into the era of a new generation of heroes. The plot may continue the story of the Yagyu clan or introduce new protagonists destined to wear the magical Oni Gauntlet that absorbs the souls of enemies.
The gameplay is an evolution of the previous formula. The basis is dynamic action in the spirit of Devil May Cry 5 or Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice. Masterful parrying, switching combat styles, and magical skills unlocked through soul absorption are important.
The atmosphere of gothic Japanese fantasy with European demons will return from the original. Puzzles, exploration of castles and enclosed locations, and bosses with stunning designs will also appear. Modern graphics on the RE Engine will allow for the realization of demonic creatures and bloody battles with unprecedented detail and cinematic quality.
The Duskbloods
A new game from FromSoftware studio — the creators of the Dark Souls trilogy, Elden Ring, Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice, and Bloodborne.
According to the plot, the player becomes a blood-sworn — a warrior whose superhuman powers come from his blood. The Duskbloods is a cooperative PvPvE project with multiplayer for eight people. Players fight against each other and against monsters for a mysterious artifact in a world where the twilight of humanity has arrived.
The game stylistically resembles Bloodborne — one of the studio's previous works — and will be released exclusively on Nintendo Switch 2.
Tomb Raider: Legacy of Atlantis — No Release Date
An action-adventure from Crystal Dynamics. Lara Croft searches for traces of the lost civilization of Atlantis — the greatest find of her career. This is a journey to the origins of human history, where Lara will face a legacy capable of rewriting the past and changing the future.
The gameplay combines the best of three eras of Lara games: the exploration and survival of the modern trilogy, the large-scale puzzle-tombs and acrobatics of the classic games, and the cinematic action of the Legend and Underworld era.
The main innovation is the ancient technology system, allowing not only to find artifacts of Atlantis but also to temporarily activate their powers to change the environment, solve puzzles, and assist in combat.
Marvel’s Wolverine — No Release Date
A new single-player superhero action game from Insomniac Games — a Sony internal studio. The game will tell the story of Wolverine, one of the most famous members of the X-Men team. Logan searches for answers about his dark past and meets other characters of the universe: Mystique, Jean Grey, Sabretooth.
The gameplay features third-person combat. The player slashes enemies with claws, uses various techniques, enters berserker mode, and fights bosses. The game world consists of several linear locations: Madripoor Island, Tokyo, and the frozen wilderness of Canada, the protagonist's homeland.
The game will be released on PlayStation 5 and will later reach PC.
Star Wars Zero Company — No Release Date
A story-oriented tactical shooter in the spirit of the XCOM franchise. The action takes place on the dark underside of the galaxy. Players will lead "Zero Company" — a special unit of mercenaries, smugglers, and gray operatives. This is a story not about the fate of the galaxy, but about survival, duty, and moral compromise in a world where the Empire and the Alliance are two sides of the same coin.
The gameplay combines tactical squad management and intense first/third-person shooter action. Improvisation, use of the environment, and team coordination are important. Each fighter of "Zero Company" is a unique specialist: sniper, hacker, technician, negotiator. Success depends on how they work together.
The main feature is the moral choice and reputation system. Decisions in dialogues and combat will determine the attitude of factions toward you, opening or closing paths for progression. Most importantly — they will form the identity of your squad in the eyes of criminal syndicates, corporations, and intelligence agencies.
The Blood of Dawnwalker — No Release Date
A third-person action RPG in a dark fantasy setting from the Polish studio Rebel Wolves — veterans of CD Projekt RED. Players will head to the Sango Valley — a fictional 14th-century kingdom in the Carpathian Mountains. Wars and plague have devastated it, local feudal lords were overthrown by vampires who enslaved the people and forced them to worship them as deities.
The main hero is a young man named Koen. He must save his family, and he has only 30 days. His blood is unique: it contains too much silver, so he cannot fully turn into a vampire. By day, Koen is human; at night, vampire traits manifest in him.
The gameplay is built on two mechanics: time and essence. The hero has a limited number of days for the walkthrough. His powers depend on the time of day, as do his opponents. By day, Koen is weak and fights ordinary humans. At night, he is many times more powerful, but strong creatures become his enemies.
