Exact launch time of Modern Warfare 2 campaign revealed

Activision will allow players to fight bad cartels ahead of the shooter’s official release only if they have placed a pre-order

Activision has decided to launch the story campaign for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 separately from the game’s multiplayer component, a full week earlier. However, fighting cartels while donning the uniform of US special forces will only be available to players who pre-order the new shooter.

However, you must specifically pre-order the digital version of the shooter. If you have already shelled out for a disc edition, you will have to wait for the campaign until the official release on October 28.

If you own the digital version, the campaign will become available on October 20 at 20:00 Moscow time.
