New gameplay of Ninja Gaiden 4 was presented at Gamescom 2025. The demonstration lasted more than 30 minutes, almost 13 of which were dedicated to a gameplay fragment.
Ninja Gaiden 4 promises to be one of the most anticipated third-party games from the company, available also through Xbox Game Pass. Since the series is traditionally associated with Xbox consoles, Microsoft organized a detailed presentation of the project from veterans of the slasher genre as part of the second day of the exhibition.
Team Ninja and Platinum Games are gradually revealing details of Ninja Gaiden 4. First, they showed a new story trailer, then announced the system requirements, and now they have demonstrated previously undisclosed weapons from Yakumo's arsenal.
The presentation also focused on new techniques, arsenal, and dynamic battles, which will become the hallmark of the game.
Ninja Gaiden 4 will be released on October 21, 2025.
