Thanks to modern technology, enthusiasts can generate diverse localizations for games.
Recently, SynthVoiceRu, known for its Russian AI voiceover for Baldur's Gate 3 and Kingdom Come Deliverance 2, announced a new project.
The localizersannounced a fundraising campaign for neural voice acting for Forza Horizon 5:
"All voices in the game have been dubbed, except for the radio DJs (there are few of them), otherwise the neural voice would greatly spoil these gorgeous tracks, and with a Russian navigator, you will be more careful on the turns :)
The voiceover took 3 months of work and was done manually by ear and semi-automatic matching".
