Recently, French President Emmanuel Macron addressed fans of the collectible card game during the Yu-Gi-Oh! World Championship 2025.
Macron was unable to attend the event in person due to work — he was in another country.
He showed off his card, wished the participants a good game, and expressed hope that France would be more involved in this industry.
