Feral Interactive continues to develop the mobile version of the cult classic Total War: Empire and is preparing the first exclusive add-on for iOS and Android.
Feral Interactive has unveiled a major update for the mobile version of Total War: Empire. The A New World DLC will be exclusive to smartphones and will be released on September 18. It will add dozens of new factions, campaigns and unique units.
The main feature of A New World is the ability to start a campaign for any of the 55 countries, except for the rebels. The previous 11 playable nations are joined by 44 new participants in the global conflict of the 18th century: from the USA and Granada to the Barbary States. All factions have received updated development branches and strengthened armies, which makes even small states competitive in the later stages of the game.
The game also includes two new scenarios. The first, Late Start Campaign, takes players to 1783, on the eve of revolutions and the decline of colonial empires. The second, Warpath Campaign, gives you the opportunity to play as one of the five indigenous nations of North America: the Iroquois, Cherokee, Huron, Pueblo and the tribes of the Great Plains. Previously, this scenario was only released as an add-on for the PC version.
The developers paid special attention to naval battles. A New World will feature 14 new ships: from maneuverable galleys and daos to the giant 140-gun Santisima Trinidad, one of the most powerful battleships of the 18th century.
The DLC for iOS and Android will be released on September 18, 2025.
