The developers continue to fix the game and adjust the balance.
Recently, the authors of the shooter DOOM The Dark Ages returned with a small update. In addition to technical fixes, it includes a number of balance edits.
Previously, with the major Update 2, demons received buffs, but now the changes are being rolled back. For example, the health buff of the Cacodemon and the damage, health, and armor buffs of the Mancubus have been canceled.
It was also noted that armored enemies will now "stagger" if their armor is destroyed by a shotgun.
Now players will restore up to a minimum of 75 health points when reloading a checkpoint if they reached the point with less health than this value (this does not apply to Pandemonium and Ultra Nightmare difficulty levels).
Various bugs have been fixed, including a crash that occurred in Ripatorium Endless mode on Xbox Series X|S and PlayStation 5 when playing continuously for more than 8 hours.
