Apple will soon introduce the iPhone 17 lineup, and, judging by the leaks, the new models will be able to please mobile gamers.
Apple may for the first time equip the iPhone with a cooling system using a vapor chamber - this technology has long been used in the best gaming smartphones on Android. This was reported by insider Jukan, who discovered a mention of the innovation on the website of one of the Korean operators.
According to the leak, we are talking about the iPhone 17 Pro and iPhone 17 Pro Max models, which, in addition to an updated camera with an eightfold zoom, will also receive a new method of thermoregulation.
A vapor (or evaporation) chamber helps reduce the temperature of the processor and graphics chip under high loads. Such a system has long been used in Android smartphones aimed at gamers - for example, in ASUS ROG Phone or RedMagic. If Apple does implement this solution, it will help cope with overheating during prolonged use, especially in resource-intensive games and heavy applications.
It is possible that this step is dictated by the development of Apple Arcade, the growing popularity of mobile gaming and the influx of full-fledged ports from "large" platforms - such as Death Stranding, Resident Evil and HITMAN, which seriously load devices.

The announcement of four iPhone 17 models is expected, including the thinnest iPhone 17 Air in the company's history, as well as updated Apple Watch and, possibly, new AirPods.
