The MMO Dune: Awakening continues to actively develop — the publisher is fulfilling its promises to regularly expand content.
The game has received a free update with a new story stage — Chapter 2, which complements the story and offers new events. The paid add-on Lost Harvest has also become available.
Lost Harvest adds an unusual transport — a "wheeled all-terrain vehicle", an alternative to the usual scooter. The expansion also includes decorative items for the base, two new armors, and four unique weapon skins.
The developers also announced a free weekend. Starting tomorrow (September 11), everyone will be able to try the game without paying. The promotion will last until September 15, giving you the opportunity to get acquainted with both the basic content and recent innovations.
Dune: Awakening remains a network project, where the key elements are survival in the harsh conditions of the planet Arrakis, base building, resource gathering, and the struggle for control over territories.
