The production of the long-suffering reboot of «Highlander» from 1986 is being postponed again.
Henry Cavill was injured while preparing for the reboot of «Highlander», which is being directed by Chad Stahelski («John Wick»). It is not specified how serious the injury is and how long the recovery will take, but due to this, the start of production has been postponed to 2026, reports The Hollywood Reporter.
The project, which Chad Stahelski has been working on for several years, was initially progressing with difficulty — the reboot has been discussed since 2016. Preparation for filming in Scotland began this year, but due to the postponement, they are being delayed again.
