A Huge Patch with New Mechanics Released for Mount & Blade 2 Bannerlord, But Only in Beta So Far

The developers are back with another update.

Recently, the authors of For Mount & Blade 2 Bannerlord announced the start of beta testing of a huge patch 1.3.0. It includes a number of technical improvements and more.

Some new features and improvements:

• Additional armor elements and shields
• Improved artificial intelligence of enemies and allies
• Improved animations, now they should look smoother
• Bug fixes
• Implemented a stealth system used when escaping from prisons (from dungeons) and shelters.
• Players can drag bodies to hide them and prevent raising the alarm.
• Added a distraction mechanic by throwing objects and making noise; some enemies resist distraction.
• Performance and memory usage improvements
