The emotional adventure SOPA: Tale of the Stolen Potato will be released on October 7 on personal computers, as well as Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S consoles. The game will also appear in the Game Pass catalog on the day of release.
The game's plot tells the story of a boy named Miho, whose grandmother sent him to the basement for potatoes for soup. A simple culinary task turns into an adventure in a fantastic world, where Miho has to follow in the footsteps of a mysterious traveler, exploring endless deserts, floating mountains, and communicating with talking animals.
The developers promise an adventure lasting 10-12 hours, made in the style of Disney and Pixar animated films, inspired by "Spirited Away" and "Coco."
