Developers are stepping up their fight against cheaters.
It is reported that to participate in the upcoming Black Op7 beta, PC players must have Secure Boot and TPM 2.0 enabled, which means users will have to go into the BIOS settings. The development team explains the requirement with an improved version of the Ricochet anti-cheat system.
The new Call of Duty beta will take place in two stages:
- Early access for those who pre-ordered and Game Pass subscribers: October 2-5
- Open beta: October 5-8
Black Ops 7 will be released on November 14 on PC, consoles, and Game Pass.
