Tokyo Game Show 2025 has come to an end. The organizers shared official data: this year the exhibition was visited by more than 263 thousand people.
This is less than in 2024 (274 thousand), but more than in 2023, when 243 thousand visitors came.
Over 1130 companies from 47 countries worked at TGS 2025 — a record for the exhibition in terms of the number of participants.
The organizers have already called the event successful and announced the dates for next year: Tokyo Game Show 2026 will be held from September 17 to 21. For the first time in history, the event will take five days.
These figures confirm that the rumors about the "death" of game exhibitions have not been justified. Despite the closure of E3, large shows remain in demand. This was also confirmed by gamescom 2025, which attracted many visitors.
