The creators of Battlefield 6 have prepared a surprise for Xbox Series X|S owners. Microsoft console users have the opportunity to download the game earlier than players on other platforms.
The release of the new shooter from Battlefield Studios is approaching, and the publisher has begun preparations for the release. It recently became known that pre-loading will start on October 3, but it will only be available on PC and PlayStation 5.
The situation is different for Xbox: Series X|S owners can download the game now. At the same time, the file size depends on the console model. On Xbox Series X, Battlefield 6 takes up 72.53 GB, while on Xbox Series S, the game weighs 39.10 GB.
Thus, Microsoft console owners got a head start and will be able to prepare for the release in advance, while PS5 and PC users are still waiting for the pre-load to open.
