Larian's game performance is gradually improving.
The developers of Baldur's Gate 3 are back with another patch 1.800.503. Larian Studios responded to complaints from Sony console owners and prepared a special fix, but due to technical features, the patch will be released on all platforms:
«We are releasing a fix aimed at addressing the freezing issues [freezes] on PS5 when accessing group control!
Since this fix includes controller input settings, it will need to be deployed on all platforms, starting with PC and PS5, and should be live for Xbox and macOS next week.»
The authors of Baldur's Gate 3 clarified that this should not affect crossplay, and also addressed fans with a Valve portable device:
«Steam Deck players: if you are experiencing issues with the performance overlay, Valve has released a beta update aimed at fixing this.»
