Crowd Games Publishing announced that the board game "Machina Arcana. Russian Edition", designed for 1-4 players, is now available for sale. It can now be purchased for 7990 rubles. You can also buy the "From the Abyss" and "To Eternity" expansions (each will cost 2750 rubles).
Machina Arcana is a cooperative horror dungeon crawler that intertwines inventive steampunk and sinister Lovecraftian myths. Participants will explore eerie dungeons, fight bloodthirsty monsters, and create unique equipment.
There is no familiar character progression in the game; victory depends on how effectively gamers use the environment and artifacts. An updated version of Machina Arcana, including all current improvements, has reached Russian-speaking players. It will make mastering the rules easier and the gameplay even more balanced, while preserving all the atmosphere and tactical depth of the original.
The "From the Abyss" and "To Eternity" expansions add new mechanics that significantly expand the game's possibilities. In the "From the Abyss" box, you can find two large, independent scenarios that are not related to other stories in the series. The "To Eternity" expansion features three scenarios united by a common plot.
In addition, both expansions introduce cards with the "Charges" symbol, which place progress tokens on items, helping to illuminate cells and remaining on the map even if the item is transferred or removed to the inventory. "From the Abyss" also introduces inverted pioneer cards, changing character characteristics and unlocking new skills.
New horror event cards with connection symbols strengthen monsters, and memory chapters immerse you in the atmosphere of the game, adding new strategic elements.
In the "To Eternity" expansion, eternity chapter cards eliminate the need to roll dice for the appearance of monsters or horror events, replacing them with special phases with immediate activation of effects. Fragment cards can be attached to ordinary fragments or other fragment cards, which affects the size of the playing field and the range of abilities.
