The game is set in modern Seattle. Players will take on the role of an ancient vampire, Nomad, who awakens after a century-long sleep. Guided by a mysterious voice, he sets out to investigate an old crime that threatens both mortals and the undead. The game is played from a first-person perspective and focuses on exploration, supernatural combat, and survival, feeding on blood and remaining undetected by society.
Combat in Bloodlines 2 is fast-paced and blood-soaked. The M18 rating allows for realistic violence, including murder, mutilation, and other serious injuries to humanoids.
