The new \"Chainsaw Man\" has already been released in Japanese cinemas and will soon reach the rest of the world.
On September 19, the full-length anime film \"Chainsaw Man – The Movie: Reze Arc\" was released in Japanese cinemas, and although it has been in theaters for almost a month, Studio MAPPA continues to actively fuel interest in anticipation of the international release.
The studio has released a new promo video on its YouTube channel with a montage of scenes from the film set to Maximum the Hormone's \"Hawatari Nioku Centi (Zentai Suitei 70% Kaikin edit)\", an updated version of the track previously featured as the ending theme for the third episode of the first season.
The film continues the first season and adapts the \"bomb girl\" arc from the original manga. The plot focuses on the mysterious waitress Reze, whose appearance radically changes Denji's life. The authors promise a more serious and dark tone compared to the series, with an emphasis on drama, internal conflicts, and brutal action.
The Reze Arc will reach Russian cinemas on October 30, 2025.
