Hogwarts Legacy Receives October Patch with Performance Improvements and ROG Xbox Ally Support

The developers have not forgotten about the game and continue to release updates.

In October, the authors of Hogwarts Legacy returned with another update. This technical patch contains a number of fixes related to modifications and game performance/stability, and Avalanche Software has also implemented support for new portable devices.

Mod Fixes

• Fixed an issue where the message "Installation Paused" was displayed incorrectly when updating mods
• Fixed an issue with incorrect sorting when using the "Highest Rating" filter
• Fixed a UI issue where the "Load Game" message was cut off in the mod menu at certain resolutions
• Fixed an issue where the "Report" button did not work if it had already been pressed before
• Fixed an issue where the player could sometimes not access the "Load Game" menu in the "Enabled Mods" section
• Fixed an issue with the "Copy Save" button, which did not work when using a controller

Stability / Performance

• Fixed an issue where incorrect graphics profiles were used on some portable devices
• Made changes to system configurations on AMD processors to improve overall PC stability

Other

• Added support for Xbox ROG Ally and Xbox ROG Ally X
• Made improvements for "low-cost Intel XeSS and XeFG-based PCs"
• Optimized support for XeLL technology
