Recently, the authors of War Thunder presented a new development diary and talked about future plans.
Previously, they planned to add Singaporean vehicles to the Chinese research tree:
However, after reviewing your opinions, we decided to make changes to our plans. Now we want to add Singaporean vehicles to the research trees of different nations, most likely deciding separately where each unit of equipment will go.
- The developers have also seen comments and ideas from fans about Israel. Now Gaijin Entertainment intends to expand the research tree with equipment from Greece and Cyprus to diversify the gameplay. Models of Singaporean equipment may also appear.
- They want to add Indonesian equipment and Malaysian aircraft to the Japanese branch.
- For China, the priority will be adding domestic vehicles to strengthen sets with existing models.
In addition to Chinese vehicles, we will also add new Pakistani equipment to expand the research tree. We will not ignore the popular American tank, which should also strengthen the branch.
It was also noted that a new nation is planned for War Thunder:
we also have plans to introduce a new game nation — Korea, including equipment from both North and South Korea.
