Nintendo and Ubisoft are gearing up for a major release — Assassin’s Creed Shadows is coming to Nintendo Switch 2. The first comparison with the PlayStation 5 Pro version has appeared online.
This December, Ubisoft will send players to feudal Japan. The game is available on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC, and will also be released on the new Nintendo console.
A comparison of the Switch 2 and PS5 Pro versions is available online, currently only screenshots on different consoles. To maintain stable performance, the developers have reduced shadow quality, draw distance, and environmental detail. Despite the compromises, the visual style and atmosphere remain the same, and the game world is fully open.
The Switch 2 version of Assassin’s Creed Shadows will be a real test — and at the same time, a demonstration of the new console's capabilities.
