The company explained this by "changes in the approach to content."
It was noted online that Activision had made edits to one of its publications regarding bonus content for people who pre-ordered Black Ops 7. Viktor Reznov, who was part of the Reznov Challenge Pack, disappeared from the list of operatives available at the release of the new Call of Duty.
Due to changes in the approach to content between Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 and Call of Duty: Black Ops 7, operatives from the Reznov Challenge Pack will not be available in Call of Duty: Black Ops 7.
